When ordering via The Railway Shop website, we are only able to offer delivery to mainland Britain, but deliveries to Scottish addresses north of Glasgow and Edinburgh will attract a surcharge on top of the standard carriage rate. However, we are happy to quote for deliveries to other countries if you contact the shop by email or on 01947 895082.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Deliveries will normally take between one and two days to arrive from date of dispatch. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature will be required. As the delivery comes to you via either a courier or Royal Mail, we are unable to book a specific date or timeslot.

Mainland Britain delivery is charged at a flat rate per consignment, except to addresses north of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Delivery is free on all orders over £250 to mainland Britain. For any lightweight goods that may attract a lesser charge please contact the shop for a quote before ordering.

Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within seven days of receipt. This is subject to the conditions set out in the Items no Longer Required section of our Terms and Conditions.

If the goods have to be returned due to damage in transit or faulty or incorrect items supplied, you must refer to the relevant sections of Time Limitations for Notification of Claims in our Terms and Conditions.
